Updated roadmap for An Explorers Guide to Hexcrawls

I’m pleased to say that I’ve restarted the development of the Explorer’s Guide to Hexcrawls for DnD 5e. Nearly all the text and maps for the additional hexes in the Langden Mire adventure have now been drafted, and the adventure is going through a second playtest. The plan is to release v2 in mid-2024, with a view to releasing a final version before the end of the year.

Just to add some context, I put this project on hold in Jan 2023 during the WotC OGL scandal. The v1 draft is based on the OGL, and given the uncertainty of what was happening with WotC licensing I made the decision to focus on other RPG projects during 2023. Now that the licensing situation looks like it has been resolved (fingers crossed!) I’ve decided to take up the reins again.
